This is your chance to showcase your skills and fill the air with the most mouth watering aromas of the day. Don't miss out. Meat will be distributed at this time. \n\n9:15 am - 10:00 am - Entrants are required to set up on Saturday\, August 16th. You may park one vehicle in front of your space long enough to unload then move it to the parking area for competitors.\n\n\n\nTurn In: Contest meats must be delivered to the designated turn-in point in the cook-off competition area no later than five (5) minutes before turn in-time time:\n\nSide Dish - Judged at 1:30pm\n\nChicken - Judged at 5:00 pm\n\nRibs - Judged at 5:15 pm\n\n\n\nSide Dish Competition (optional entry\, no entry fee) is your chance to show off creativity beyond the grill! Whether it's your grandma's potato salad\, a fiery mac & cheese\, or something entirely unexpected\, we want to taste it.\n\n*You must provide all ingredients and materials needed to prepare and serve your side dish. Prep and cooking must be done on-site.
