DESCRIPTION:Adults are welcome to attend this online group to learn about journaling.  This group will Introduce the benefits of journaling\, learn about different types of journaling\, reduce symptoms of grief by journaling\, and provide space for sharing about the journaling experience.\n\nWe will meet Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. from September 13 -27 for 1   1.5 hours online. Provided at no charge and open to the public.
