How to communicate that vision and planning as well as running your business and not your business running you.  Start 2016 ahead by taking the time to create goals and develop an executable plan for your business.\n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, the SBDC team will lead you through several exercises to help you define the changes you want to make in your business for the coming year and beyond.\n\n\n\nPost training will be available through your SBDC consultant.
