DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of food from New Orleans!  An eclectic mix of French\, Spanish & Italian flavors are all evident in the menu for the evening and\, of course\, we have chosen wines for the evening from those same countries.\n\n \n\n	~ Sizzling Scallops ~\n\n	Scallops\, mushrooms & shallots served in a light lemon cream sauce\n\n	Just begging for a chuck of bread to sop up the juices\n\n	 \n\n	~ Crab & Celery Root Remoulade Salad ~\n\n	Fresh crab\, shredded Celery Root\, with a light tarragon mayonnaise dressing and\n\n	Served in an endive boat\n\n	 \n\n	~ Seafood Gumbo ~\n\n	A Gala Gourmet Special   loads of chicken\, crab\,  Andouille Sausage & Shrimp\n\n	provide the ultimate soup for Creole Country!\n\n	 \n\n	~ Trout in Papillote ~\n\n	Individual servings of Trout resting atop Julienne Vegetables & drizzled with a White Wine Reduction\, all\n\n	Wrapped up in Parchment and roasted to perfection\n\n	 \n\n	~ Caramel Croissant Bread Pudding ~\n\n	Warm\, ooey\, gooey\, homemade bourbon caramel sauce mixed with our house-made\n\n	Croissants and a vanilla custard sauce   Yes\, they are naughty!\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	If you would like to "dress for the Mardi Gras occasion" you are encouraged to do so!!\n\n	 \n\n	Dinner will be limited to 24 participants and reservations will be taken\n\n	On a first-come\, first-serve basis.
