DESCRIPTION:Join in on the lineup or be a part of the cheering crowd. \n\n \nTo submit an entry: ***Registration is Required***\n\n\n	FREE for River Country Chamber Members!\n	$20 for non-members\n\n\nYou may enter marching units\, antique vehicles\, farm tractors and any other creative entries. Organization name must be on your unit.\n\n \n\nHow do I enter to be in the lineup?\n\n Register with the Green Register icon \n\n\n\nStill need help?\n\n Call us! 231-652-3068 \n\n\n\nWhere does the parade go?\n\n  Click Here - Route subject to change\n\nStarts at the Industrial Park on Clay St to Barton to Quarterline - around Brooks Park -then left on State Rd (M-37) with dispersal at State Rd & River St\n\n\n\n What is the parade theme?\n\nNewaygo - A Cut Above the Rest\n\nIdeas: logs\, plaid blankets\, lanterns\, axe & saw props\, greenery\, etc\n\nNEW: Participate in the parade theme! Send us a photo of your entry and we will post on our social page. Whichever photo with the most "likes" will win $100 chamber check. \n\n\n\nHow will we know where to go?\n\nOur amazing parade volunteers will be located at the entrance to the G-M Wood Products back parking lot with your parade position.\n\n\n\nWhat if my entry is not road legal?\n\nNo worries! We have a safe route for you to end at while others continue onto M-37. Each entry will receive a color coded & numbered sheet.\n\nOrange - 1 This means you'll have to end the parade at Parsley's. Your vehicle is not road legal.\n\nPink - 2      This means you'll have to pull off to the side safely to unload passengers. \n\nBlue - 3      This means you'll continue to parade route all the way through to Timbered Spirit                         without any disruption. \n\n\n\nWhat is a "Quiet Zone?\n\nA designated area where loud noises and flashing lights are limited to provide a more comfortable and inclusive experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Please continue to pass out merch or candy just like any other part of the route.\n\n\n\nCan we toss candy and/or informational flyers?\n\nAbsolutely! Just make sure you're registered to be a part of the parade. Please be mindful of the temperature when selecting items to pass out. (some candy & popsicles melt!)\n\nProjectiles are not permitted. Do not disperse any items into the air. This creates a lot of safety hazards. \n\n\n\nAnything else going on?\n\nYesss! Check out this link for a full Logging Festival Schedule including food trucks\, Professional & Amateur Lumberjacks & Vendors!\n\n\n\nRestrooms?\n\nPlease use the multiple clean porta jons located in City Hall parking Lot as part of our event. There are also porta johns located in the parking Lot behind 37 North/Market 41 area.\n\n\n\nWhat about the littles?\n\nWe've got you covered! Check out the Changing/Feeding Tent next to the stage in Brooks Park. You'll be able to have privacy if you little needs fed or changed. \n\n\n\nWhere do I find help or more information or help during event?\n\nCheck out River Country Chamber's booth next to the stage in Brooks Park. Our volunteers are ready and willing to help. Whether it be a band-aid\, water for the fur babies or directions. Our Reserve Officers will also be out and about\, too!
