DESCRIPTION:Our Logging Festival is open for exhibitors! We'd love for you to help us celebrate. Our visitors are seeking handmade crafts\, one of a kind resale items and local foods. I bet you have something to offer them! Additional events that will entice buyers include our annual Professional & Amateur Lumberjack Competition\, live wood carving\, a Sunday Parade and local businesses will have sidewalk sales and specials! This show has continuously brought in approximately 5\,000 guests. We average about 90 vendors with a mix of handmade\, resale and our member businesses. \n\n\n\nNewaygo is a small community that thrives with tourism thanks to our natural resources like the Muskegon River running right through the downtown district as well as numerous trails. \n\n\n\nCheck out the Main Event Page Here\n\n\n\nWe'd love for you to stay the weekend with us! (There is no overnight camping in Brooks Park) Click here for a  list of of our Members that offer lodging!\n\n\n\nWe will have numerous food truck options in the park\, but you can find a full list of Member dining options that are sure to satisfy here!\n\n\n\n\n\nFood Trucks - Must have prior approval before registering \n\n	Water is provided\n	Power is insufficient in areas\, generators are permitted\n	You may conduct your health department inspections at this event. Please note they are not allowed at Freedom Fest or Christmas Walk for your planning purposes. \n	You may set up 1 day prior to event\, just let us know so we can make arrangements\n\n Vendors:\n\n\n	MLM businesses (colorstreet\, tupperware\, paparazzi\, etc) must have prior approval before registering to ensure we don't have multiple on site.\n	Businesses/Organizations must be current River Country Chamber Members to have a booth on site\n	Provide your own tent & chairs\n	Your tent can be any color\n	Most guests have tents with walls that can be secured\n	Items can be left in tents but we always suggest taking valuables with you\n	It is best to leave items on tables\, in case it rains overnight\n	Weights & stakes are permitted and are useful if it gets windy\n	Your booth must be open for both days. There is not a one day option. \n	You may not tear down early on either day. Exhibitors who choose to close early will not be asked back. \n	No power or water available\n	You will receive your booth number upon check in. \n\n PARKING & ROAD CLOSURES\n\n\n	Parking passes will be provided\, which allow us to find you easily if there are any issues with your vehicle\n	Handicap parking will be assigned * Handicap parking is very limited\, so we only permit handicap drivers to hold these spots. If your a vendor that is handicap but have a driver\, we encourage them to park elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.\n	Do not park around the park\, this takes up spots for shoppers. \n	After check in and being shown your spot\, you may park near your booth space. Please unload your vehicle and place items behind your space. Then move your vehicle to public parking noted on main page. This allows more vendors to get closer to their space to unload in a timely manner. \n	On event days\, there is no parking (unless approved with pass) in the city hall parking lot. This includes unloading & loading. \n	Vehicles must be moved from park by 9:30am to allow open spaces for shoppers\n	No parking at the churches or in front of businesses since you'll be there most of the day\n	There is overflow parking for Trailers at Loomis Lodge. Please do not park trailers around event area or behind the businesses. This takes up valuable parking for all of downtown. If you need your trailer for stock during show hours\, please talk to us. \n	Justice Street will be closed between Quarterline and Wood St for the water battle and parade on Sunday. This will make set up for some difficult. \n	Quarterline (by the park) will also be closed for the parade on Sunday. \n\n By registering to be a vendor\, you agree to abide by the following rules and above guidelines:\n\n\n	Do not move picnic tables per City of Newaygo's request\n	The Library restrooms are for Library customers only. Please use the portables that are provided\n	All vendors must use the dumpster in the parking lot (noted on map) for their trash\, not the city dumpster or trash cans within the park. Trash cans within the park are for general use.\n	Food Vendors may choose to provide their own trash cans\; and may empty those in the dumpster in the corner of the parking lot\n	All garbage will need to be put in the dumpster in the corner of the parking lot \, not the city dumpster. Volunteers will monitor general use trash cans\n	Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of Brooks Park\n	Do not move any barriers\, ropes\, cones\, etc without permission from an officer or chamber staff\n	Must attend Saturday & Sunday and be open from 10am - 5pm. No exceptions. \n	You are responsible for your children and pets. The stage is not a play place. \n	This is a family friendly event. Behavior should be conducted as so.
