This show has continuously brought in approximately 4\,500 guests. We average about 90 vendors with a mix of handmade\, resale and our member businesses. \n\n\n\nNewaygo is a small community that thrives with tourism thanks to our natural resources like the Muskegon River running right through the downtown district as well as numerous trails. \n\n\n\nWe'd love for you to stay the weekend with us! (There is no overnight camping in Brooks Park) Click here for a list of of our Members that offer lodging!\n\n\n\nWe will have numerous food truck options in the park\, but you can find a full list of Member dining options that are sure to satisfy here!\n\n\n\n\n\nFood Trucks - Must have prior approval before registering\n\n	Water is provided\n	Power is insufficient in areas\, generators are permitted\n	You may conduct your health department inspections at this event. Please note they are not allowed at Christmas Walk for your planning purposes. \n	You may set up 1 day prior to event\, just let us know so we can make arrangements\n\n Vendors:\n\n\n	MLM businesses (colorstreet\, tupperware\, paparazzi\, etc) must have prior approval before registering to ensure we don't have multiple on site.\n	Businesses/Organizations must be current River Country Chamber Members to have a booth on site\n	Provide your own tent & chairs\n	Most guests have tents with walls that can be secured\n	Items can be left in tents but we always suggest taking valuables with you\n	It is best to leave items on tables\, in case it rains overnight\n	Weights/stakes are useful if it gets windy\n	Parking passes will be provided\n	Handicap parking will be assigned * Handicap parking is very limited\, so we only permit handicap drivers to hold these spots. If your a vendor that is handicap but have a driver\, we encourage them to park elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.\n	Do not park around the park\, this takes up spots for shoppers. \n	After check in and being shown your spot\, you may park near your booth space. Please unload your vehicle and place items behind your space. Then move your vehicle to public parking noted on main page. This allows more vendors to get closer to their space to unload in a timely manner. \n	On event days\, there is no parking (unless approved with pass) in the city hall parking lot. This includes unloading & loading. \n	Your booth must be open for both days. There is not a one day option. \n	You may not tear down early on either day. Exhibitors who choose to close early will not be asked back. \n	No power or water available\n	You will receive your booth number upon check in. \n	Vehicles must be moved from park by 9:30am to allow open spaces for shoppers\n	No parking at the churches. \n	There is overflow parking for Trailers at Loomis Lodge. Please do not park trailers around event area or behind the businesses. This takes up valuable parking for all of downtown. If you need your trailer for stock during show hours\, please talk to us. \n	Justice Street will be closed between Quarterline and Wood St for the auto show on 5/25. This will make set up for some difficult. \n\nBy registering to be a vendor\, you agree to abide by the following rules:\n\nDo not move picnic tables per City of Newaygo's request\n\nThe Library restrooms are for Library customers only. Please use the portables that are provided\n\nAll vendors must use the dumpster in the parking lot (noted on map) for their trash\, not the city dumpster or trash cans within the park. Trash cans within the park are for general use. \n\nFood Vendors may choose to provide their own trash cans\; and may empty those in the dumpster in the corner of the parking lot\n\nAll garbage will need to be put in the dumpster in the corner of the parking lot \, not the city dumpster. Volunteers will monitor general use trash cans\n\nSmoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of Brooks Park\n\nMust attend Saturday & Sunday and be open from 10am - 5pm. No exceptions. \n\nYou are responsible for your children and pets. The stage is not a play place. \n\nThis is a family friendly event. Behavior should be conducted as so.
