DESCRIPTION:For the health and safety of our staff\, volunteers\, and beloved community we have made the decision to turn our annual Run Forrest Run 5k trail run and 1 mile fun run/walk into a virtual race.\n\nThe RFR Virtual Race gives you the opportunity to get active\, celebrate your 4 legged friends\, and support a great cause while maintaining social distancing guidelines.  Where and how you complete your race is up to you! Head out to your favorite park for a run\, take time to explore a new route on a nice walk\, or stay indoors and hit the treadmill - the choice is yours.
