DESCRIPTION:Come run in the first race ever held on the new trail system in Newaygo County\, The Edge. Race will start at Hardy Dam and will wind through the scenic Croton-Hardy area. The Run on the Edge race will conclude with a unique twist at DuChemin Park across from the Croton Dam. Run on the Edge 11.3k run is an open course run. The Edge trail is a six foot trail system recently constructed on the west side of the Croton-Hardy Drive roadway. Please be aware that while traffic will not be heavy\, runners may encounter cars passing by during the race. We suggest wearing brightly colored clothing and/or reflective gear to maximize visibility during the Run on the Edge. T-shirts included for all runners and awards given out to top finishers in various divisions.
