DESCRIPTION:In this group you will connect with others who have lost a loved one\, learn the basics of grief\, honor your loved one\, learn about tips and skills to help you cope during and after those first holidays.\n\nThese sessions will run for three sessions\, which all sessions are independent as they are the same.\n\n\n	November 17   7:00 pm (virtual)\n	November 29   2:00 pm (in person in Muskegon\, masks required)\n	December 14   11:00 am (virtual)\n\n\nProvided at no charge and open to the public.
