Delp's literary works have been recognized and highlighted at Michigan State University in their Michigan Writers Series. He is known for writing about nature\, especially fishing and water. Crispin Campbell is the principal cellist of the Traverse City Symphony Orchestra and a retired Instructor of Cello at Interlochen Arts Academy.\n\nPoet Delp and cellist Campbell team up for this performance that provides Delp's alter ego\, The Mad Angler\, whose magical vignettes counterbalanced with Campbell's cello improvisations\, with The Mad Cellist echoing the sounds of the river\, the raucous calls of the crows\, and the down and dirty earthiness of the blues.
