The Winter on the Ridge menu includes\; goat cheese gnocchi with garlic pesto and wild mushrooms\, and your choice of pistachio and cumin crusted salmon or hoisin glazed beef brisket\, along with winter root medley and twice baked potatoes\, and for dessert rum chatta bread pudding with honey glazed donuts\, chocolate croissants\, roasted apples\, pecans and rum chatta glaze. Iced tea\, lemonade and coffee are provided with the meal\, and a cash bar will be available. Sisters\, Faith and Mary Pryer\, who perform as Pryer Times\, play a mix of styles including bluegrass and swing\, but their take on songs you may already know are distinctly their own. With vocal harmonies and unique arrangements\, Pryer Times will have you tapping your toes and fully engaged and entertained.
