    Full Job Description

    The Site Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, and coordination of the Hesperia Middle & High School Engage! after-school program. This is a Full-Time, Salaried position

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff with Program Director
    • Comply and maintain program budget and make purchases according to grant guidelines and TrueNorth's Purchasing and Procurement Standards
    • Assist with the implementation of program assessment, goal development and implement improvements
    • Provide monthly calendars to school staff and communicate often with school-day teachers

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Valid Michigan Drivers License and the ability to travel to and from sites on a regular basis
