What: Gourmet dinner and entertainment outside on Camp’s awesome patio overlooking Pickerel Lake. This summer’s theme is; Farm to Table featuring meals handcrafted from local fare by Ridge Specialties Catering’s new Executive Chef, Chriws Gribble.

Cost: $28 per person or $75 per person for all three in the series. Attendance by RSVP only. Vegetarian option available. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days in advance. Learn more at www.campnewaygo.orgSponsored by Huntington Bank and wrapping up the series on August 13, the dinner will feature a menu of; The Ridge salad: fresh greens, candied pecans, brie cheese, cherry tomatoes & roasted red peppers; hickory-grilled salmon with pesto bread crumbs & lemon beurre blanc or honey cilantro chicken marinated with fresh herbs, honey & cilantro; parmesan baked beans with slivered almonds; triple cheese au gratin potatoes; Baileys chocolate cheesecake with crème anglaise. The entertainment for the Aug. 13th event will be the Bearded Ladies Men, lead by Chester Winowiecki. Chester is a potter by trade and a musician for fun, and they play a mix of early 20th century jazz and blues, Tin Pan Alley, and originals in the same vein that will have you nodding your head and tapping your toes.
