Kids of all ages can enjoy chainsaw carvings, lumberjack demonstrations, and an expansive museum exhibit showcasing items from the logging boom on the local Muskegon River.
The River Country Raft Race has has been canceled this year due to unseen circumstances. Watch for it's return in 2017
The festival also boasts handmade crafts, a members showcase and unique resale items for everyone to enjoy. With an emphasis on unique home decorations, garden and yard decor, beautiful jewelry, clothing, personalized gifts, ornaments, antiques and collectibles. There are also many palate pleasing delights such as dips, jams, candies, breads, candied apples, cookies, popcorn, dried soup mixes, candied almonds and handmade tamales as well as the traditional carnie foods. Be sure to experience the annual parade on Sunday afternoon.
