Description
Annual Labor Day Parade through Downtown Newaygo; held annually will be on Sunday September 2nd - parade starts at 1:00 pm - Line Up is at Noon.
Participation is FREE! You may enter marching units, antique vehicles, farm tractors and any other creative entries. Organization name must be on your unit. RETURNING THIS YEAR - we will be having an optional "THEMED" parade. Last years winner was Independent Bank with their USA themed float - They named this years theme as "SUPER HEROES"! Participants will be judged and the winner will have the rights to name the "theme" for the 2019 parade (pending approval by River Country Chamber).
Applications are available at the River Country Chamber of Commerce of Newaygo County located at 1 State St at the STREAM building, Downtown Newaygo OR click here to print.
