Entrants are required to set up on Saturday morning, October 12, between 8 am - 9 am. You may park one (1) vehicle in front of your space long enough to unload then move it to the parking area for competitors.
Chicken - Judged at 5:00pm
Ribs - Judged at 5:30pm
Contest meats must be delivered to the designated turn-in point in the cook-off competition area no later than five (5) minutes before turn in-time time:

One Meat - $50.00 Choice of Chicken OR Ribs*
Two Meats - $75.00 Both Chicken & Ribs*
*Registration fee includes your choice of meat to cook. All meat will be provided by Old Iron Bar and Grill. (1 whole chicken and/or 2 racks of baby back ribs)
Prizes:
1st place (each category) = $100.00
2nd place (each category) = $75.00
3rd place (each category) = $ 50.00
