Home Buying 101
What: Come to this free and fun educational class to learn all about buying a house! Classes are
available as two weeknights or one full Saturday to meet a variety of scheduling needs.
Who: Anyone looking to buy a home or about to start the homebuyer process
When: Saturday, April 15th 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; OR May 17th & 24th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Other Info: Completion of this class and the follow-up coaching session earns you a certificate that grants eligibility for MSHDA’s Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Loan program!
