This month’s a.m. Business Builder is all about SCORE. What is SCORE? What do the programs and counselors have for me? Join us as SCORE Counselor, Don Farmer explains what SCORE is, what programs are available and WHY established businesses can benefit from these programs.
SCORE is a part of "Mentors to America's Small Business," a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nation's small businesses. We serve the West Michigan lakeshore including Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana and northern Ottawa (Grand Haven/Spring Lake area) Counties.
SCORE volunteers are real-world professionals with time-tested knowledge who donate thousands of hours to help small businesses succeed. Mentors are experts in such areas of accounting, finance, marketing, management and business plan preparation. SCORE isn’t just for new business startups.
