Entrants are required to set up on Saturday morning, October 8, between 8 am - 9 am. You may park one (1) vehicle in front of your space long enough to unload then move it to the parking area for competitors.
Contest meats must be delivered to the designated turn-in point in the cook-off competition area no later than five (5) minutes before turn in-time time:
Chicken - Judged at 5:00 pm
Ribs - Judged at 5:30 pm
Peoples Choice tickets being sold from 5 pm - 6 pm (or until sold out)
One Meat Registration
By October 5th - $50.00 (Chicken or Ribs)
Two Meat Registration
By October 5th - $75.00
