Our Logging Festival is open for exhibitors! We'd love for you to help us celebrate. Our visitors are seeking handmade crafts, one of a kind resale items and local foods. I bet you have something to offer them! Additional events that will entice buyers include our annual Professional & Amateur Lumberjack Competition, live wood carving, a Sunday Parade and local businesses will have sidewalk sales and specials! This show has continuously brought in approximately 10,300 guests (2024 data) We average about 70 vendors with a mix of handmade, resale and our member businesses.
Newaygo is a small community that thrives with tourism thanks to our natural resources like the Muskegon River running right through the downtown district as well as numerous trails.

Booth Setup:
Vendors must provide their own tent and chairs.
Tents can be any color.
Most vendors use tents with walls that can be secured.
Weights and stakes are permitted and recommended for windy conditions.
Vendors must attend and remain open both days (10 AM - 5 PM). Early tear-down is prohibited and may result in exclusion from future events.
Booth numbers will be assigned upon check-in.
Leave items on tables in case of overnight rain.
Remove valuables from tents overnight.
Parking Passes:
Vendors will receive parking passes for identification only. Only handicap passes are guaranteed accessible spots.
Handicap parking is assigned but limited. Only handicap drivers may use these spaces. Drivers for handicap vendors must park elsewhere.
Unloading:
After check-in and being shown your booth spot, park near your space to unload. Do not unload your items in another vendor space.
Move your vehicle to public parking as soon as unloading is complete.
Driving into the park is prohibited unless permission from Event Director is given. (food trucks, special entertainment)
Restricted Parking Areas:
No parking in the city hall parking lot during event days. (reserved for handicap parking and food trucks)
Avoid parking around the park, at churches, or in front of businesses. Leave spaces open for shoppers!
Overflow parking for trailers is available at Loomis Lodge. Trailers are not permitted near the event area or behind businesses. Lumberjacks are staged in the empty lot we use for Memorial Weekend. You may not park there for this event.
Road Closures:
Justice Street will close between Quarterline and Wood St for the water battle and parade on Sunday.
Quarterline (by the park) will also close for the parade on Sunday. This means no parking on Quarterline. Handicap vendors who will not need to move their vehicles between 10&5 can park on Quarterline.
General Conduct:
Maintain family-friendly behavior. Limit profanity and disagreements.
Children and pets are the responsibility of vendors. The stage is not a play area.
Trash Disposal:
All trash must be placed in the dumpster in the parking lot (marked on the map). Do not use city dumpsters or park trash cans. This is important. We do not have the volunteers to empty the cans throughout the park - do not place your trash in them.
Food vendors may provide their own trash cans and empty them into the designated dumpster.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of Brooks Park per city rules.
