Description
Join Tamarac, the Center for Health and Wellness, for the inaugural Tamarac Tri, a sprint triathlon designed for athletes of all levels. This exciting, community-focused event will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Fremont Lake Park (955 Cottage Grove, Fremont, MI).
Race Distances:

Swim: 750 meters

Bike: 12.4 miles

Run: 5K
Three Waves, 50 Racers Each:

Wave 1: Competitive racers finishing in under 90 minutes

Wave 2 & 3: Non-competitive racers, relaxed pace

Swim: Approved flotation devices allowed (bodysuits, lifejackets, kickboards)

Bike: Helmets required at all times during bike leg
