Camp Henry is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, experienced, servant minded, gracious, kind, creative, and fun loving Program Director to lead our program team. This includes 5-6 year round Program Staff members as well as multiple seasonal staff members and a Summer Staff team of 40+. The Program Director has the primary responsibility of delivering and enhancing outstanding program experiences for all campers and guests including recruiting, training, supervising, mentoring and encouraging program
