About Us

Eagle's Landing Resort sleeps up to 10 people in a spacious, open-floor plan home that is beautifully decorated and offers extensive amenities, such as: beautiful water views, fire pit, playground, basketball, horseshoe pit, volleyball, Badmitten,10 bikes, 5 kayaks, and ping pong. With a beautiful location on ''Croton Pond,'' (a 1,380 acre body of water), you can come and enjoy fishing, bird-watching (bald eagles nesting along the river), swimming, boating and any water toys you want to bring and park at our 2 docks. Eagles Landing sits on one acre, directly across from a private waterfront lot with 50 feet of frontage, (on a low bank), making it great for families. Play yard games, barbecue on the deck with our gas grill, and relax around the firepit...its all there for your enjoyment!

Inside you'll find the house is equipped with many comforts of home, which include: WiFi, central air, 3 flat screen TVs with expanded cable, and a large sectional sofa with 4 recliners. Our fully supplied kitchen features a gas range with double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, large table that seats 10, and a ''theater-style'' popcorn machine!

The Master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with a large jacuzzi tub. Three additional bedrooms have a queen size bed, and twin-over-full size bunk beds. The second full bath contains a large shower and vanity. As an added bonus, the finished garage is an enormous 2500 sq ft, which is perfect for parking snowmobiles and vehicles, and has its own half bath! You've got to see this property to believe it!
