Preapproved Vendors may request Thursday setup. Not available to all vendor spots. If you need to off load your vehicle by driving into the park, you MUST setup Thursday. Driving into the park on Friday to setup is prohibited.

Our Memorial Weekend Arts & Crafts Show is Newaygo's Official Kick Off to Summer! We'd love for you to help us celebrate. Our visitors are seeking handmade crafts, one of a kind resale items and local foods. I bet you have something to offer them!
Additional events that will entice buyers include our annual Car Show and local businesses sidewalk sales and specials!
Ready to be an Exhibitor?
Here is how the process works:- Fill out the online application or print and fill out printed agreement.
- Your application confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours (if you don't get one please call us 231-652-3068).
- Credit Card: only accepted for payment in-full for entire space costs.
- Check, Cash or Money Order: Made payable to River Country Chamber of Commerce of Newaygo County - PO Box 181, Newaygo, MI 49337. Total space cost to be paid within ten business days of applying to the show to secure requested space. Payment in full is due by May 20th. Remember payments and registrations received after May 1 will have a $25.00 increased registration cost.
- If Applying after May 20, Payment will be due in full at time of application.
- The Exhibitor instructions including move in logistics will be emailed no later than May 21st
