What: Gourmet dinner and entertainment outside on Camp’s awesome patio overlooking Pickerel Lake. This summer’s theme is; Farm to Table featuring meals handcrafted from local fare by Ridge Specialties Catering’s new Executive Chef, Chriws Gribble.

Cost: $28 per person or $75 per person for all three in the series. Attendance by RSVP only. Vegetarian option available. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days in advance. Learn more at www.campnewaygo.orgOn July 2, the event will feature a menu of grilled summer salad: grilled baby hearts of Romaine, blistered tomatoes, grilled red onions & goat cheese; stout-braised short ribs with rosemary-scented jus or trout almondine with garlic & white wine sauce; phyllo and parmesan-wrapped asparagus; brown butter whipped potatoes; chocolate covered strawberries & handmade chocolate truffles. Local singer / songwriter, Don Benson will provide the evening’s entertainment. Don is a luthier, an artist, a jewelry maker, and an inventor. He also built his own house! Playing a variety of instruments, some of which he made himself, Don will pull you in with his wry sense of humor and musical storytelling. Joining Don on the bass will be Jay Round.
