Ready to launch your business as a sole proprietor or LLC? Been putting off the paperwork? Then you need this hands-on walk through. Business Consultants from the SBDC will discuss business entities and explain the documents needed to form and register a business, including Articles of Organization and Employer Identification Number (EIN). They will also cover basic bookkeeping procedures and the tax implications of your new business, as well as good business practices.
Please be prepared with one or more names for your business.
