Description
Join us on April 25, 2026 from 10:30AM – 12:30PM for a Pysanky Egg Class with instructor Lara Cummings, designed for ages 10–15!
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the ancient Eastern European traditional folk art form has been handed down for generations. Step-by-step, they’ll use special tools to draw designs in wax and dip their eggs in layers of dye to create intricate, colorful patterns.
This class is a fun and creative way to explore a unique cultural art form while making a beautiful keepsake to take home.
No experience is needed—all materials will be provided!
RSVP REQUIRED.
Ages: 10-15
This activity is sponsored by the Michigan Arts and Culture Council.
