Friday- Set Up (can set up Saturday & Sunday as well if you'd like)

Sunday, July 20th - Be ready to serve at 10am-4ish pm
*Our guests would prefer options before 10am and we highly encourage opening before 10am.

Newaygo County Gus Macker Tournament 2025 Food Vendors
We are excited to bring back Gus Macker to Newaygo County! We are projected to have approx. 13,600 guests over the weekend. Our tournament broke records with the largest registration count a first time organization has had and don't expect anything less for our 4th year. Our goal is to have 5 main food trucks and a few smaller ones.
Must have prior approval from Chamber before registering!

Event Dates: Saturday & Sunday, July 19–20
Location: White Cloud High School
Food Truck Location: White Cloud County Park - grassy area in front of pavilion
Arrival & Set-Up Options

Option 1: Set up Friday evening (July 18)

Option 2: Set up Saturday and/or Sunday morning before 8:00 AM
⚠️ No vehicle traffic is allowed during event hours.
Security: On-site venue security will be provided overnight.Departure

Saturday: Tournament ends around 6:00 PM

Sunday: Tournament ends around 4:00 PM
***If things begin to slow down toward the end of the tournament and you're considering closing up, please give me a quick call first so we can decide together. We kindly ask that no vendors leave without checking in with me.
Power -
Generators are allowed.

On-site electrical access is very limited – plan accordingly.
Parking -
Reserved food vendor parking is available and marked on Clark Street (between Wilcox & Adda). *Same Clark as campground entrance. There are two Clark Streets

If you require your vehicle next to your food truck for operation, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
Menu -
We aim to avoid direct menu competition between vendors.

Please list your menu items on the registration form so we can coordinate accordingly.
Fees -
Chamber Members: $400

Non-Members: $450
Fee includes both days – must participate both days.
Deadline - Registration & Payment due by: June 15
Operating Hours -
Guests begin arriving as early as 7:30 AM.
