The River Country Chamber of Commerce of Newaygo County cordially invites you to an elegant evening filled with laughter, while also giving back to our community. Join us for our annual charity auction. This year's event will be held on Thursday, November 5th.
A professional auctioneer will feature a wide variety of items, such as golf packages to local courses, exquisite jewelry, one-of-a-kind gift baskets, unique experiences and much more. A generous portion of proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting our selected recipient: (submit your application below)
in 2025, Bellwether Harbor Animal Shelter, a public animal shelter in Fremont, MI received approx. $10,000 from the auction thanks to our generous supports, guests and bidders!
This evening is not only an opportunity to give back but also a chance to network with community leaders, business owners, and fellow philanthropists. It is a night of celebration, where we come together to make a difference and bring hope to those in need. What is the attire: A balance between polished and relaxed. More elevated than business casual, but not as formal as a tuxedo or floor-length gown. But really, we just want your presence and for you to be comfortable!
Parking: This venue is super accessible and plenty of parking. There are reserved handicap spots in front of the venue or a convenient and covered drop off location.
How can I help? We'd love your help! If you'd like to donate, please fill out this form or there's a Printable option here. We also love volunteers - sign up pending.
What payment methods do you accept? During the event we will accept cash, check or credit card. An invoice option will not be available during the event. We kindly ask you to not check out until the live auction has been completed.

5:30-6:00: Mingle, check out silent auction items, cash bar
6:00-6:30: Dinner buffet
6:30: Silent auction closes, dessert, recipient & chamber speaks
6:45: Silent auction winners announced, Live auction begins
The River Country Chamber Charity Auction is one of the premier events in Newaygo County each year. Besides seeing friends and meeting new people, we gather to support worthwhile organizations doing amazing work in our county. I look forward to this event every year with great anticipation!
