Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi was originally developed for self-defense purposes and evolved into a form of exercise for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. It is a low impact form of exercise and is great for people of all ages!
Come join us in practicing Tai Chi at Camp Newaygo on March 16 from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. and again on April 27 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. All ability levels welcome for this drop-in class. No registration fee required but donations are welcome.
