Thanksgiving is right around the corner and so is the busiest baking season of the year. Why not make it easy on yourself AND support a worthwhile cause in the process? Order your Thanksgiving baking needs from Camp Newaygo’s Ridge Specialties now, for a win-win Holiday season!

Ridge Specialties offers delicious, hand-made baked goods at reasonable prices and all proceeds help Camp Newaygo continue its mission of service to youth and families in our communities. Items available include - Pecan Crusted Cheesecake; Dutch Apple, Cherry, and Pumpkin Pie; Blueberry Scones; Harvest Sweet Bread; and Dinner Rolls. Camp Newaygo’s Ridge Specialties Catering and Baked Goods recently hired Chef Gary Strong as its year-round chef to lead their growing catering and baked-goods-for-a-cause team. Strong comes to Ridge Specialties after employment at the Amway Grand Plaza in downtown Grand Rapids, and a stint as Executive Banquet Chef at Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury.


Orders are due by Wednesday, November 20 and all orders will be ready for pick-up after 10 AM, Wednesday, November 27 – just in time for Thanksgiving, at any of the following locations; Camp Newaygo just northwest of Newaygo, This Old House Antiques in downtown Newaygo, Murray Lumber in Grant, or at the TrueNorth Service Center in Fremont. You may also arrange delivery of 10 or more items to one location in Newaygo County.
