Senior Companion

Community PACE supports a 55+ population, in an all-inclusive care model. Bio, psycho, social, spiritual health are all necessary for complete wellness. We are seeking those with a passion for our community's seniors, that can support them in their daily lives and encourage independence.

We are seeking paraprofessional's who are specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of support to the participant in their residence. They would be working under the direct and indirect supervision of the Supervising RN and Quality Director but is independent in the application of supportive knowledge and skills.
