    We are hiring Growth Agents whose sole responsibility is revenue generation.

    This is a new role at NeuEra Media, which means there is real opportunity to help shape how sales and growth operate inside the agency. Candidates who come with prior sales experience, proven outreach methods, CRM habits, or closing processes will have a major advantage.

    You will own outreach, conversations, and deal flow within one specific industry vertical.

    Compensation (No Cap)

    • $750 commission per signed client

    (12-month minimum contract required)

    • 5% monthly commission on client retainers

    Paid monthly, for as long as the client stays with NeuEra

    • Compounding income
    • No territory limits within Michigan
    • No earning cap

    This role is designed for people who want long-term monthly income, not one-off commissions.

    Industries You’ll Target

    You will focus on one vertical (we are hiring multiple agents):

    • Restaurants (3+ locations, no startups)
    • Construction & Trades
    • E-commerce
    • Retail
    • Golf Courses
    • Health & Wellness
    • Hospitality

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and qualify businesses within your assigned industry
    • Book and/or lead discovery calls
    • Clearly communicate NeuEra’s value and growth systems (The G.U.S.)
    • Close qualified clients into 12-month agreements
    • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
    • Collaborate with leadership on positioning and messaging

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communicator (phone, Zoom, email)
    • Comfortable with commission-only compensation
    • Sales or business development experience preferred
    • Bonus if you already have outreach processes, scripts, or CRM workflows
    • Self-driven and disciplined
    • Comfortable owning results and accountability
    • Understands relationship-based, long-term selling
