What: Gourmet dinner and entertainment outside on Camp’s awesome patio overlooking Pickerel Lake. This summer’s theme is; Farm to Table featuring meals handcrafted from local fare by Ridge Specialties Catering’s new Executive Chef, Chriws Gribble.
Who: Everyone who loves good company, great food, and amazing outdoor ambiance

When: Saturday, July 2, July 23, and August 13 at 6:30 pm, with dinner(s) served at 7:00 PM

Learn more at www.campnewaygo.orgThe July 23 features a menu of; apple walnut crunch salad: fresh greens, chopped walnuts, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles, slivered apples & dried cranberries; bacon apple & onion jam pork chop with bleu cheese sauce & crispy onions or boursin & spinach stuffed chicken with house alfredo sauce; zucchini baskets stuffed with carrots, squash & marinated peppers; potato latkes; rhubarb tartlets with sabayon & fresh cream. The special musical guests for the evening will be Muskegon’s own, Steve Troyer. Steve is a one-man band who simply loves music. He plays everything from old country western standards to Bruno Mars, and just about everything in between. In fact, he syas he can take virtually any request!
